Disclosure of Information

I do not share or disclose your information to anyone else for any purpose, either in the UK or overseas.

Method of Recording

Your information is held in written form only and held securely at 36 Mount Pleasant Rd, London W5 1SQ.  This consists only of your name, address and contact details needed to book and keep a record of your lessons.

Retention of your information

I will only keep your information during the time that you are receiving lessons from me and for a period of two years from the date of your last lesson in case you return at a later date.

Your Rights

You have the right to be informed about the information that I hold about you and to receive a copy of that information.

You also have the right to object to the way that I hold or process that information in certain circumstances and to request its rectification or erasure.

If you are not happy with my response, you may lodge a complaint about the way I process your personal information with the Information Commissioner's Office (www.ico.org.uk) or, if you are no longer resident in the UK, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your country of residence. 

Status of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 25th May 2018.  It may be subject to update or amendment and, if so, any material changes or additions to the processing of personal data, as described above, that directly affects you will be communicated to you through the appropriate channels.
