Trish Wade MSTAT
Teacher of the Alexander Technique in Ealing, West London
I first started taking lessons myself in 1995 and went on to complete the three year, full time training course needed to qualify as a teacher of the Technique.

I trained at the Constructive Teaching Centre in Holland Park London, under Walter Carrington, who, until his death in 2006, was one of the few remaining "first generation" teachers who had been taught by FM Alexander himself.

I graduated in 2001, and have been teaching the Technique ever since in Ealing, West London where I live with my husband Richard.
The Alexander Technique is a safe, gentle and reliable experience, that can be learned by anyone and provides a sense of well being that can be of benefit to any age group.

It is also a simple and practical way to address conditions linked to undue tension and general poor posture. This include difficulties with co-ordination and movement, joint, back or muscle problems and a range of other conditions.

This website gives a brief insight into the Alexander Technique, what it is and how it originated. It also explains what happens in a lesson and how to book lessons with me in Ealing.

I hope you find it helpful and if you have any questions, please feel free to telephone or email me.
